1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing the Site, submitting your information through any form, attending any free training or masterclass, joining any community, or purchasing any product or program, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase any Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Services are intended for business owners and individuals pursuing commercial ecommerce activities. They are not intended for personal, family, or household purposes.

4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Company provides educational content, training, coaching, consulting, and informational products related to ecommerce, marketing, advertising, and business growth. This may include, without limitation:

Free trainings, masterclasses, webinars, and downloadable resources

Paid coaching programs, courses, and group coaching (including the eCom Sales Engine program)

Community access, live calls, templates, and supporting materials

One-on-one or group consulting

All Services are educational and informational in nature. We are not a business broker, investment advisor, financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or licensed professional of any kind, and nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making business decisions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS — EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

THIS IS NOT A "GET RICH QUICK" PROGRAM.
We do not and cannot guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, earn any specific amount of money, or achieve any level of income, revenue, or business success from your use of the Services.

Any sales figures, revenue figures, income statements, or results referenced on the Site, in any advertisement, in any training, or in any communication are:

Our own results or the results of specific current or former clients or students

Not typical, not average, and not a promise or guarantee of your results

Provided for illustration and example purposes only

The average person who purchases "how to" information gets little to no results. We are not implying that you will duplicate any result described. Your results will depend on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to your background, experience, skill, market conditions, product, offer, capital, effort, and work ethic.

7. PURCHASES, PRICING, AND BILLING

7.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

7.2 Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount to that payment method.

7.3 Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are obligated to pay the full contract amount regardless of whether you continue to use the Services. Each installment will be charged automatically to your payment method on the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access, referral to collections, and liability for reasonable collection costs and attorney's fees.

7.4 Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith at [MIKE@MAXYOURSALES.COM] to resolve the issue. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund and referral to collections.

7.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or other taxes.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site and within the Services — including the Revenue Acceleration Formula ("Rev X Formula"), MAFIA Offer, Profit Wave Formula, Desire Tapping, Dynamic Mirroring, and Engineer Mode frameworks, along with all text, video, audio, graphics, logos, templates, scripts, swipe files, course materials, and software — is the exclusive property of MYS Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.1 Limited License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the program materials for your own personal and internal business use only.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, or license any materials

Share your login credentials or grant access to any other person or entity

Record, screenshot, transcribe, or redistribute coaching calls, community discussions, or member content

Use the materials to create a competing course, coaching program, agency service, or derivative work

Use our trademarks, brand names, framework names, or logos without prior written permission

Use any materials to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model

Violation of this section is a material breach that permits us to terminate your access immediately without refund and to pursue all available legal remedies, including statutory damages and injunctive relief.


10. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY RULES

If you participate in any community, group, live call, or comment section, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any other member, guest, or staff member

Solicit, pitch, spam, or recruit members for other offers, programs, or MLMs

Share confidential information disclosed by other members outside the community

Post unlawful, infringing, obscene, or fraudulent content

Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently remove any member for any violation, at our sole discretion and without refund.

11. TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

11.1 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

11.2 Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

11.3 Opting Out

11.4 Email

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive marketing and transactional emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email. We may continue to send transactional messages related to your purchases.

11.5 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Site and Services may reference or link to third-party websites, software, tools, or platforms (including but not limited to Shopify, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, ClickFunnels, email service providers, and SMS providers).

Any reference to a third-party tool is not an endorsement, and any results you obtain using third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own rules, which may change at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYS ENTERPRISES LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, COACHES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE [TWELVE (12)] MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the materials ends immediately, and Sections 5, 6, 9, 14, 15, 16, and 17 survive.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active paid programs will be communicated to enrolled members by email.


20. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements and representations, whether oral or written. No statement made in any advertisement, sales call, webinar, or marketing material creates any warranty or obligation beyond what is written here.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
